Search, book or hold, add bags and seats, manage trips, change flights when the airline allows, and add bags after booking where available — with clear Ai-Assists fees in pounds.
Enter airports, dates, and passengers (adults, children, infants). Filter by stops, airline, cabin, and time of day; sort by price, duration, or CO₂. Prices are shown in GBP.
Open a result for full legs, times, terminals, aircraft, and baggage allowance. Where the airline provides them, you'll see refundable / changeable badges. Before you pay you will see the airline price plus our fees. On Pay now you can often add extra bags and choose seats.
Save your details (and family members) as Passenger Profiles. With complete profiles and 1-Click turned on, booking is much faster.
When you have enough matching profiles for your search, 1-Click Book can take you straight toward payment. You can still review bags, seats, and the total before you pay.
Two main options:
Bags and seats at checkout are only on Pay now — not on a hold. If you need extras at book time, use Pay now.
Hold is a real booking hold with a deadline — not a retail "price lock if the fare drops" product. If you cancel a hold or let it expire, the hold fee is kept. If you pay to confirm, the hold fee is normally taken off your total.
When the airline offers them through our partners:
Itinerary and Manage booking separate the airline ticket from Ai-Assists fees so the total is easy to follow.
After booking, open My Trips for your booking reference, e-ticket numbers (when the airline issues them — usually one per passenger for a return), View Itinerary, and Manage Booking. Held trips can be paid or cancelled from there. Open Manage any time for the latest times, terminals, bags, and seats.
When the airline allows online changes, Manage Booking shows Change flight. Like a full return change form, you can:
What you pay for a change:
Total shape: airline change + £15. We only offer options that match the cabin you asked for. After you pay, the same booking reference is updated — not a brand-new ticket. You can change again later if the airline still allows it. Open Manage booking for the updated itinerary.
Seats on a leg you change are usually lost. Paid seat selection on the old flight often does not carry over. We warn you before you pay for the change. Seat money is not normally refunded by us if the airline does not return it.
Fare rules may say "changes allowed" even when online change is not available right now. Manage shows airline policy and whether online change is available on that booking.

On a paid booking you typically pay:
We are a booking agent; the airline operates the flight. Paid cancellations follow airline rules: when a refund applies, we refund the airline flight portion that is still refundable and retain our platform fees (including booking, service, bag/seat, and change fees) for work already done. If you changed the flight first, airline change penalties you already paid stay with the airline — they are not refunded by us. If payment succeeds but the airline cannot issue the ticket, we refund automatically. Full detail is in our Terms.
