Ai-Assists is a UK-focused flight booking platform designed to make searching and booking simple, transparent, and reliable — with prices in GBP.
We act as a booking agent. We search across many airlines and arrange your booking on your behalf through our partners. When you book through us, your contract of carriage is with the airline. The airline is responsible for operating the flight, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage handling, and check-in.
What we offer

Our fees
On top of the airline ticket (and any airline bag/seat or change charges), we charge:
- Booking fee — £8 to £15 depending on the flight price (shown exactly before you pay)
- Service fee — a variable amount based on the flight price, always shown in pounds before you pay
- Baggage service fee — £5 per extra bag (at checkout or after booking)
- Seating service fee — £5 per seat you select with us
- Change service fee — £15 (£15) when you complete an online flight change, on top of any airline change amount
- Hold fee — £10 (£10) to hold a booking; credited when you pay to confirm (if eligible), kept if you cancel the hold
These fees support the booking service, payments, and support. On customer cancellation of a paid ticket where a refund applies, we refund the airline flight portion and retain our platform fees (including bag, seat, and change fees) for work already done. Full detail is in our Terms.
